About Me
- Name: Stolidoli
- Location: Philadelphia PA, United States
I was born a poor black child... OK, not everyone has seen "The Jerk." Let's try this again. Hi, I'm Lisa. I started out as an infertile PCOS community boards surfer, before the whole blog exlosion. After the birth of my first son, it seems that I am uber-fertile, and, subsequently, after the birth of my third child in four years, I quit my social work job (that I adored!) to be a SAHM. So here I am, trying to figure out what to do next. After obessively reading infertility blogs, and mommy blogs, and celebrity blogs, I decided to jump on the bandwagon.

My daughter sooo wants her hat!
Ha! That's not a hat! That's Bella lying on TOP of her Strawberry Shortcake doll.
If you cut Strawberry Shortcake's head out of it, it would be a hat no? LOL Yes..I'm morbid.
Hi Lisa--
Found your blog and think it's great!
I used to live in Philly AND I'm an MSW, too (got it at Penn)...I'm a SAHM now and teaching a little childbirth education on the side.
We have two kids and are considering a third, so I'll definitely be checking your blog regularly to see what life is like with 3! I really want another, but I'm a little scared about going from man-to-man to zone defense with the kids...
Missing those cheesesteaks,
Katie
i believe my daughter and yours have a very similar sense of style.
My daughter likes to wear her black "fancy" shoes with everything. I'm afraid she got my fashion sense. (Or lack there of.)
Hey Katie - welcome! I went to Penn too, actually, but mostly we're BOTH missing cheesesteaks because Weight Watchers doesn't leave much room for them. Did they have that crepe cart when you went? That was heaven on earth. YUM.
Now, Christine, I know we need to get those girls of ours together. But we'll have to invite honestyrain too, and make it a fashion show.
I luurrrved ❤ the crepe truck--cheapest crepes in town!! I can't remember if it was there when I went to school (grad in 97), but when I graduated, my job took me over to west Philly often so I ALWAYS got a nutella and banana crepe...yum... If it's still there, I NEED to go there next time we visit my in-laws...sigh...I think I love food way too much :) Probably doesn't help that I'm trying the South Beach Diet right now! :)
